Pebble & Paddy – Returns & Refunds Policy (2025)

We want you to love your piece of Ireland as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you’re not fully happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Damaged Items

- If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pebbleandpaddy.com.

- Please include a photo of the damaged product and packaging in your email.

- We will offer you a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund if you prefer.

Change of Mind

- If you change your mind about your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged).

Customs & Duties

- Please note that we cannot refund any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local authorities.

How to Start a Return

- Email us at info@pebbleandpaddy.com with your order number and reason for return.

- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive the item.
